Retail Store Assistant and Customer Service Representative

I am a proactive, organized, and responsible person with strong interpersonal skills. I adapt quickly to new work environments and have flexible availability.

I have practical experience supporting a small business, where I assisted customers, handled merchandise, and helped keep the store organized.

I am familiar with cash handling, cashier duties, basic stock control, product replenishment, and loading and unloading merchandise.

I also have basic computer and digital tool skills, along with time-management and organizational abilities.

I completed my secondary education in 2025 and am currently studying for a degree in Cybersecurity. I am also taking a basic Human Resources course.

I am interested in entry-level opportunities where I can contribute strong customer service, retail support, organization, and a willingness to learn.
