Developed a shared authentication library that centralized JWT issuance and validation for an internal application and a public-facing Blazor web application. Enhanced and supported an internal WPF application used by staff to monitor live camera feeds, delivering functionality based on operational needs and resolving reported defects.

Designed an autoscaling Azure-hosted YARP proxy with hash-based routing and session affinity for video-stream segment requests. Improved EF Core query performance, collaborated on Azure DevOps, Azure Artifacts, Front Door, Application Gateway, and App Service configuration, and integrated Azure-hosted applications with local infrastructure through VPN connectivity.

Configured a two-instance go2rtc deployment for GPU-enabled H.265-to-H.264 transcoding and general streaming.
