Full-stack Technical Lead

Lead the design and delivery of an event-driven next-generation data platform for a US government client. Own HLD/LLD, architecture flow diagrams, design reviews, requirements gathering, stakeholder approvals, and technical delivery for a team of eight engineers.

Develop Spring Boot and Java 17 microservices using Kafka, Kafka Streams, Apache Flink, CDC, Confluent, AWS, Kubernetes, DynamoDB, and Redshift. Build RAG-based AI services with LangChain, LLM APIs, embedding retrieval, FastAPI, Streamlit, and N8N; create reporting dashboards in Power BI, Metabase, and Looker; and deploy observable production services through Docker, Kubernetes, Spinnaker, and GitHub Actions.

Led work on the TSH Portal, a SaaS platform for bank issuer onboarding, provisioning, sandbox operations, and Splunk-based troubleshooting. Designed and developed J2EE components using JPA, EJB, SOAP, and REST, including Visa add-on services and persistence components for new issuer clients.

Built Vue.js components for end-to-end onboarding and operational workflows. Designed and implemented CI validation processes on AWS.

Developed services for cloud provisioning, HCE-based card digitization, payment-key replenishment, mobile wallet integration, and card lifecycle management for clients including Samsung, Edenred, Mastercard, and Visa. Worked with Java 8, JPA, EJB, SOAP/REST, Oracle, WebLogic, Vue.js, Node.js, Docker, and MongoDB.

Created Docker images and deployed services through Amazon ECR, Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, KMS, SSM, CodeBuild, and SNS. Migrated Java applications from WebLogic, added Jenkins pipelines, automated validation with Python, Grinder, and Xray, and implemented Mocha integration tests and coverage reporting.

Delivered customer-facing publishing solutions using Spring, Struts, EJB, JSP, JAXP, and JAXB. Coordinated directly with customers to finalize designs, propose technical approaches, and deliver layered services within project timelines.

Integrated third-party WorldCat services and developed content-distribution pipelines for external publishing partners.

Implemented layered Java services and SOAP web-service integrations for an e-commerce product. Worked with Spring, Struts, Hibernate, EJB, JAXP, and XSLT to deliver product features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Contributed to application integration and feature delivery across backend service layers, persistence components, and external SOAP interfaces.
