Senior Full-Stack Engineer

I work as a Full-Stack Engineer at AmaliTech GmbH in a hybrid engagement supporting Igus GmbH. I led the adoption of agentic AI workflows across operational departments, trained AI champions to create automation skills, and automated more than half of operational workflows. I also led a centralized React and Next.js design system adopted by four teams, reducing UI implementation time by 30%.

I architected a CDN-based delivery system using CloudFront and S3 that decoupled release cycles for consuming teams and reduced rollout time from weeks to minutes. I built distributed Redis caching with AWS ElastiCache to eliminate database timeouts and reduce database load fourfold, created a shared i18n and Smartling translation layer, and resolved more than 25 high-priority incidents through Claude Code, Sentry, and MCP triage automation. I also built Playwright E2E coverage that reduced release verification from approximately two days to 20 minutes, led a Next.js 15 migration across 50+ components, and delivered Django, React, Redis, and Scrapy-based production systems.

I work remotely as a freelance Data Engineer and Full-Stack Developer, building data-intensive platforms and interactive applications. I developed a geospatial ETL pipeline for building plans across more than 10,000 German municipalities, using PostGIS indexing to maintain fast portal queries at scale.

I architected an OCR and LLM extraction pipeline that processed more than 44,000 unstructured German planning documents with 90% accuracy, reducing extraction work from one month of manual effort to five hours per batch. I also engineered a three-level interactive drill-down map using React and MapLibre GL JS to help users explore the resulting geospatial data.
