Junior Technical Support Specialist

I am a 19-year-old aspiring technical support professional based in Guaymallén, Mendoza, Argentina. I am passionate about computer science, technology, and solving practical IT problems.

I have foundational knowledge of PC hardware, software troubleshooting, computer assembly, Windows installation, and system optimization. I can diagnose technical issues and investigate problems related to drivers, BIOS settings, and hardware-software compatibility.

I learn quickly and adapt easily to new tools and technologies. I approach problems independently with analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.

I am currently completing my Technical Electromechanical secondary education while building my IT support skills. I am seeking my first professional opportunity to gain hands-on experience and continue developing in technical support.

I am a native Spanish speaker and have advanced English proficiency at B2+ level. I also have strong typing skills and experience using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
