Software Architect and Technical Lead

I lead technical work on strategic healthcare interoperability projects involving INS, DMP, Ségur du Numérique, T2A, and radiology information systems. I design and develop features for a critical radiology information system.

I deliver secure integrations with national health platforms through WCF, SOAP, and REST APIs. I provide expertise in C#, Oracle PL/SQL, interoperability, and performance, while contributing to technical analysis, design reviews, deployments, and operational support.

I contributed to architecture decisions and business component design for a healthcare SaaS platform. I worked closely with the Product Owner, UX specialists, and technical leadership to define suitable technical solutions.

I developed teleconsultation and medical scheduling features with .NET 9, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and Clean Architecture. My work included recurrence and availability rules, SQL Server and Redis optimization, API security with JWT and rate limiting, testing, code reviews, incident resolution, and production releases.

I designed, evolved, and modernized an industrial property management software package. I delivered full-stack functionality using C#/.NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Oracle PL/SQL, Entity Framework, and REST APIs.

I optimized stored procedures, Oracle packages, high-volume processing, SQL queries, indexes, and data models. I also improved data quality, developed Power BI reporting, contributed to Talend ETL flows, and reduced processing time by 40% by rebalancing workloads between C# and Oracle PL/SQL.

I developed and optimized Oracle PL/SQL workloads for a high-volume enterprise CRM platform. I designed stored procedures, Oracle packages, and batch processing solutions.

I improved SQL performance through execution-plan analysis, indexing, and partitioning. I strengthened data quality, used Dynatrace to identify bottlenecks, and designed and enhanced Power BI dashboards with validated business data.

I modernized a strategic application through the progressive migration of its Delphi business layer to C#. I designed a modular architecture to improve maintainability, performance, and scalability.

I developed REST APIs and contributed to technical transformation decisions. I also supported testing, deployments, and releases using Azure DevOps.

I led and coordinated an international team of 11 developers for an asset and investment fund management platform. I assigned work, managed priorities with project managers and leadership, conducted code reviews, established development standards, and supported technical recruitment and onboarding.

I designed major platform enhancements, led release activities, and secured production deployments. I acted as an interface between business, product, and engineering teams, coordinated teams across the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, and Tunisia, and completed a multi-month mission in Boston for a strategic release.

I contributed to the development and evolution of a business software package for insurance, lending, and financial services. I worked on corrective and evolutionary maintenance for a Delphi and Oracle application.

This role established my software engineering fundamentals in a banking and insurance environment, including Delphi, Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, and VB.NET development.
