QA & Test Engineering Leader / Test Manager

I own test management across multiple banking initiatives, defining test strategy, scope, planning, quality gates, and end-to-end test plans aligned with delivery objectives and risk.

I lead API test automation technical direction and designed an API automation framework from scratch for a web-services platform. I also perform performance testing within cross-functional Scrum teams, coach new team members, and contribute to testing-community improvement initiatives.

I was selected for internal train-the-trainer enablement for GitHub Copilot adoption. I provide practical guidance to QA colleagues and promote responsible AI-assisted engineering practices for automation, productivity, and knowledge discovery.

I worked as an external EPAM consultant embedded at UBS, providing senior test automation and quality engineering services in the banking domain.

My work focused on API automation, test framework engineering, test strategy support, automation design, and continuous quality improvements in a complex enterprise delivery environment.

I led QA across five distributed Scrum teams and owned career development for QA professionals working across geographically distributed teams. Following promotion to QE Manager, I expanded leadership responsibilities across global Analytics products and contributed to roadmap refinement and quarterly objectives.

I drove testing-process improvements, introduced performance testing into the delivery lifecycle, and mentored engineers in technical testing practices. I also built and evolved automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, and Cucumber.

I led QA delivery for a strategic account while taking broader testing-discipline responsibilities across the organization. I managed quality engineering responsibilities for engineers working across multiple accounts.

I built API testing capability and internal communities of practice, created proof of concepts, supported pre-sales activities, and delivered technical training in automation and performance testing.

I led web and mobile engineering teams and served as Scrum Master for two teams during their transition from Waterfall to Agile delivery. I managed and supported more than 30 testers and developers over time.

I supported team growth, remote-team setup, and expansion into a new company location. I owned release planning, delivery tracking, and key stakeholder and customer relationships while contributing hands-on to automation and performance framework design.

I led QA activities for a multi-platform educational product covering Windows, web, iOS, and Android. My responsibilities included test-process ownership and quality coordination across platforms.

I also onboarded new team members and helped establish consistent testing practices for the product team.

I progressed from an internship into a QA Engineer role and later led QA activities for a seven-person team. This role established my foundation in test design, test levels, mobile testing, and software quality processes.

I gained practical experience supporting quality assurance delivery and coordinating testing work within a mobile-focused engineering environment.
