Principal Software Engineer — Frontend Architecture & AI Agents

I own the frontend architecture for Infrastructure Management, Dell's internal self-service platform for reserving and managing lab infrastructure across multiple global product lines. The platform serves several thousand engineers and operates across a large polyglot microservice estate.

I co-lead the global frontend community and serve as the platform's AI and security champion. I have expanded the platform through Backstage plugins and a production TypeScript MCP server, while guiding architecture, accessibility, security remediation, technical hiring, mentoring, and product direction.

I was the lead frontend developer for a greenfield enterprise HR and payroll platform based on Domain-Driven Design. I joined as a core developer through Billennium and later moved in-house, contributing to a product now used by thousands of organisations in Poland.

I built and evolved the Angular and TypeScript frontend using NgRx, RxJS, Nx monorepo practices, Jest, and accessibility standards. This is where the Page-Feature Composition approach originated before I later formalised it at Dell.

I architected the frontend for a healthcare cloud platform for a Swiss producer of surgical simulators.

My work focused on establishing a scalable frontend foundation for the client platform and its healthcare-oriented product needs.

I modernised legacy frontend applications into lazy-loaded, page-level features and introduced architecture that later developed into Page-Feature Composition. I helped establish an Nx monorepo with dependency boundaries and affected-based CI, reducing build times by 80%.

I also delivered greenfield products including a React and Shopify warranties platform, an Angular and NgRx cryptocurrency exchange, and a mobile-first auction-platform MVP.

I independently design, build, operate, and secure the software used by a language school with approximately 600 students and 40 teachers. This is an unpaid family-business role and a practical proving ground for new technology.

I built an AI tutor using RAG over the school's textbooks, a configurable voice partner, a school operations panel, and a classroom game platform. The stack includes Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, pgvector, Supabase, Drizzle, and LLM integrations.

I provide pro bono technology support to a Polish foundation collecting evidence of international crimes committed in Ukraine for investigative authorities and survivor reparation programmes.

I own the security of project data and digital infrastructure, treating confidentiality and secure system operation as primary technical constraints.

I have run my own studio since 2013, delivering websites, applications, and server administration services.

Projects included the Łódzkie Mamy portal, which received recognition in the Młodzi w Łodzi competition.

I worked as an IT Systems Development Specialist, contributing to software and IT systems development.

This role formed part of my transition into full-time software engineering.
