General Practitioner — Emergency Department EPH de Guerrara
I assess and manage patients presenting with acute and urgent medical conditions in the Emergency Department. I perform comprehensive clinical examinations, collect medical histories, conduct triage, and establish differential diagnoses using clinical findings and available investigations.
I evaluate laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic information to develop and initiate appropriate treatment and management plans. I identify clinical warning signs, arrange urgent intervention or specialist referral when needed, and monitor patient response to treatment.
I maintain accurate and confidential medical records, coordinate continuity of care with specialist teams, and communicate medical information clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. I apply sound clinical judgment and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
