Tech Founder MSA Securities & MSA Trader
Founded and developed MSA Securities and MSA Trader as complementary initiatives focused on improving access, execution and market intelligence across Emerging and Frontier Markets.
Through MSA Securities, I built and developed institutional relationships across banks, investment firms, asset managers and other market participants, with a particular focus on African sovereign and corporate fixed-income markets. My work has involved sourcing and facilitating market opportunities, providing market colour, analysing liquidity and pricing dynamics, and supporting clients navigating complex cross-border fixed-income markets.
I have worked extensively across Emerging Market debt, including sovereign and corporate bonds, Eurobonds and local-currency government securities, combining market analysis with practical understanding of liquidity, execution workflows, settlement considerations and counterparty relationships.
Alongside the markets business, I founded MSA Trader to explore how technology can improve traditionally fragmented fixed-income trading workflows. I have been closely involved in shaping product concepts around bond pricing, market intelligence, price discovery, portfolio analytics, order workflows and settlement processes.
A significant part of this work has involved translating real trading and market experience into product requirements—working across commercial, trading and technology perspectives to think through how a digital platform should handle market data, pricing, execution workflows and the operational realities of fixed-income transactions.
I have also explored the use of automation, data analysis and AI within capital markets, particularly around market intelligence, bond analytics and improving decision-making workflows.
