Senior QA Engineer / QA Automation Engineer

Worked on multiple customer-facing products and internal systems, including a student personal account, dictionary and learning simulators, a CMS for landing pages and lead applications, a teacher catalog, first-purchase funnels, customer onboarding, and a Camunda-based sales orchestration service. Performed functional, regression, integration, backend, API, cross-browser, and end-to-end testing; validated application data and business process states with PostgreSQL; and prepared test data through SQL queries, API requests, and Postman collections.

Developed and maintained TypeScript E2E automation using Playwright and WebdriverIO, including API-based fixtures for environment setup and test data preparation. Configured and analyzed CI jobs in GitLab CI and Jenkins, reviewed results in Allure, Zephyr, and Playwright, and addressed systemic test instability. Investigated issues using Kubernetes, Kibana, Grafana, Sentry, and Elastic APM. Coordinated cross-team testing, conducted interviews and onboarding, delivered webinars, automated over 100 critical E2E scenarios, introduced a Zero Bug Policy, and developed Cursor- and AI-agent-assisted QA workflow automations.

Tested web applications and website functionality built on DLE and Joomla CMS platforms. Performed functional, regression, and cross-browser testing of frontend functionality, user workflows, forms, and CMS administration panels.

Tested API integrations, validated application data using SQL, and maintained test documentation and test cases. Reported defects, verified fixes, and performed regression testing to confirm product quality.
