I lead a distributed team of 8+ engineers working with Audi Business Innovation GmbH (Audi Group) on behalf of Modus Create. I run design reviews, make architecture calls across frontend, backend and cloud, and own the serverless backend (Node.js, NestJS, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS) used by several Audi business units. I moved the platform from a legacy desktop app to the cloud and rebuilt the frontend in Vue.js, then Next.js.

I cut API latency 25% with DynamoDB Streams, Redis caching, Lambda cold-start tuning and SQS/SNS events. I introduced TDD with Jest, Cypress and Supertest and reworked CI/CD on GitHub Actions, cutting production bugs 25%. I also integrated the ComfyUI API to generate AI backplates for Audi car renderings, containerized services with Docker and Kubernetes, and tightened auth with JWT, OAuth2 and RBAC.

I worked remotely from Lahore on X-Team's internal hiring portal, talent operations tools and main marketing website. I built real-time WebSocket sync (React, Node.js) for the internal hiring portal, used by 20K+ users a month, replacing polling and cutting sync delays 40%.

I built React/Redux front-ends on REST and GraphQL APIs (Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) with 95%+ test coverage, and designed schemas and optimized queries in PostgreSQL and MongoDB for faster responses and better scalability.

I was team lead and architect on client products built with Node.js, Angular, React and Vue, and led and mentored 10+ engineers through code and architecture reviews.

I architected Unlayer, a multi-tenant drag-and-drop email and page builder SaaS, from the first version: GraphQL API, PostgreSQL schemas, and an async job queue on RabbitMQ and Redis, raising backend throughput 30%. I owned Biomarker, a healthcare data platform with several sub-applications: an Angular dashboard (TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, SASS) on a NestJS API, with MERN for the smaller modules. I reduced deployment time 30% by moving services to Docker and Kubernetes and automating CI/CD.

I did full-stack work on PHP and Ruby on Rails web applications, delivering 5+ web products in PHP, Ruby on Rails and JavaScript (CodeIgniter, Laravel, WordPress, AJAX). I improved load times 30% with SQL optimization and server-side caching.

I built Review.ly, a URL shortener, working on backend logic, the database schema and front-end features from the first build to launch.
