Software Engineer

Led production deployments of Upbound Spaces for enterprise clients, configuring Crossplane providers and managing isolated, multi-tenant Kubernetes environments through Helm charts. Built platform controllers in Go that interact with the Kubernetes API to provision enterprise infrastructure with resource boundaries.

Designed observability dashboards and pipelines using Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog to monitor distributed-system health, latency, and service behavior. Improved Docker- and Linux-based CI/CD workflows with code review and automated testing gates, resolved gRPC service-mesh networking issues through trace and log analysis, and mentored engineers on Go and Kubernetes architecture.

Built the release pipeline for Upbound Spaces using Helm and Docker, deploying Linux-based services to Kubernetes clusters. Created CI/CD pipelines and contributed gRPC interfaces and unit tests for the Upbound Spaces backend.

Developed Grafana dashboards powered by Prometheus and Datadog to track platform API latency, error rates, logs, and traces. Troubleshot production incidents across Upbound Platform deployments and integrated Datadog agents into Docker containers to centralize operational data and accelerate issue resolution.
