The framework measures 11 quality and safety dimensions, including answer relevancy, faithfulness, RAG groundedness, hallucination, bias, toxicity, prompt injection, jailbreak resistance, prompt alignment, PII leakage, summarization quality, and multilingual safety.

I established quantitative score thresholds, pass/fail criteria, and metric-level reasoning to provide evidence-based assessments of AI reliability. I implemented a separate judge-model architecture through Ollama to mitigate self-evaluation bias and created custom GEval metrics for jailbreaks disguised as fiction or roleplay.

I also built a reporting pipeline that produces HTML, JSON, and CSV outputs with scores, thresholds, reasoning, evaluation models, and latency percentiles. The framework uses pytest-xdist for parallel execution and automatic worker-result merging.

I built an automated mobile test suite for a React Native Expo application across Android and iOS. I implemented Appium and WebdriverIO coverage, declarative Maestro end-to-end flows, and a GitHub Actions CI pipeline from the first commit.

I performed cross-device and cross-operating-system validation through BrowserStack's real-device cloud and automated web and API coverage with Playwright. I resolved complex CI issues involving Android emulator boot timeouts, disk space, CPU allocation, and iOS XCUITest visibility.

I refactored the automation suite using the Screen Object pattern to improve readability, maintainability, and long-term test scalability.
