I commercialise enterprise AI adoption for MSME and mid-market clients across India and the United States. My work includes structuring contractual engagements, establishing Agentic AI capabilities, and advising clients on AI governance.

I support frontier AI, contract-intelligence, and GCC enterprise engagements, including deployment frameworks, governance wrappers, document-mining capabilities, sovereign AI readiness, and responsible AI adoption. I also serve as a registered Independent Director, advising on AI governance, audit readiness, and technology committee oversight.

Built the AI practice from zero, establishing a 15-member billable team, signing more than 10 enterprise clients across four geographies, and generating over $3M in first-year revenue. Owned practice P&L, utilization, margins, growth KPIs, strategy, hiring, capability development, and succession planning.

Established an AI Center of Excellence and responsible AI framework; led cloud, data, analytics, and AI/ML delivery across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Delivered sovereign AI, manufacturing defect-detection, healthcare document-processing, and quality-control solutions while leading pre-sales, board ROI presentations, partner alliances, and delivery governance.

Undertook director-level consulting engagements across AI, cloud, automation, pre-sales, pipeline leadership, and partner alliances while evaluating executive AI leadership opportunities.

Built and led an RPA and automation practice across the United States and India, managing more than 15 engineers, achieving a 60% competitive-bid win rate, and developing over $8M in pipeline. Secured Tao Digital's VMware Commercial-category empanelment, creating more than $5M in joint GTM opportunities.

Led architecture and delivery of LLM-powered Generative AI solutions for US healthcare, enterprise data, and BPO clients.

Architected an intraoperative clinical GenAI copilot for Neuro Alert, led AWS enterprise data re-architecture for Alcon, and designed an Agentic AI framework for a nearshore BPO. The BPO solution automated 40% of inquiries and improved first-call resolution by 25%.

Led creation of cloud, intelligent automation, and hyper-intelligence platforms as Principal Architect. Developed GTM strategy, competitive positioning, pricing models, and partner ecosystems that resulted in three major client wins worth more than $12M TCV.
