Senior .NET Backend Engineer

I architect and build a cloud-connected inspection and maintenance platform using ASP.NET Core Web API, Entity Framework Core, Azure SQL, React, and native Kotlin/Android. Backend services are hosted on Azure App Service.

I implemented Azure Blob Storage workflows for inspection-photo evidence, Azure Functions for background processing, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments. I also designed offline-first Android synchronization and conflict-resolution workflows using Room and SQLite, and validated solutions in Docker/Linux environments using Git, VS Code, command-line tools, and tmux.

I led modernization initiatives for legacy .NET applications, delivering updated features and workflows to improve scalability, maintainability, and long-term supportability. I created, optimized, and maintained T-SQL stored procedures for transactional processes and database reliability.

I monitored and troubleshot real-time production transactions, remediated vulnerabilities using SonarQube, and implemented security and performance improvements across Linux and Windows environments. I executed repeatable releases through Jenkins, Bitbucket, and RLM CI/CD pipelines and managed incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.

I designed, developed, and maintained .NET and .NET Core microservices and applications. My work included RESTful APIs, Clean Architecture, Swagger/OpenAPI documentation, SQL Server 2019, and T-SQL data solutions.

I also led the migration of a production React application from Next.js 11 to Next.js 14. This involved refactoring legacy code, upgrading dependencies, resolving breaking changes, and supporting a stable production rollout.

I designed database models and built a .NET 6 REST API using C#, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server 2019, and Swagger UI for data access, API documentation, and testing. I deployed ASP.NET Core 6 applications to Microsoft Azure.

I implemented xUnit tests and tested web services using Postman. I also migrated an ASP.NET Core 5 application to ASP.NET Core 6, extended service functionality with Entity Framework Core and LINQ, and contributed to a transition from TDD toward Domain-Driven Design.

I built REST APIs using IBM Integration Bus and enhanced WCF services and ERP integrations. These integrations connected Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server data sources through ODBC and JDBC.

I implemented SQL Server queries, tested web-service functionality, created SSRS reports, and supported C# workflows within ERP-related applications.

I implemented C# web functionality for image capture, resizing, compression, and storage in Azure Cosmos DB. I also developed HTTP-based integration modules for user and credential workflows.

I optimized data retrieval for the Escuela Segura application using C#, LINQ, and SQL. In addition, I updated the application user interface under an MVC architecture.

I automated billing and reporting workflows and built internal tools to improve operational reliability. I supported business processes through technical analysis and workflow improvements.

I also analyzed infrastructure and information-security requirements, helping align internal technology operations with reliability and security needs.

I delivered practical instruction in Microsoft Office, HTML, CSS, and introductory web concepts. Training was delivered through hands-on technical exercises.

I supported learners in developing foundational office productivity and web-technology skills through applied examples and guided practice.

I enhanced .NET web login and user-management modules using C# and implemented C# functionality in a .NET desktop application integrated with web services.

I contributed to requirements gathering, project planning, product roadmap activities, and technical documentation for a web proposal.
