I am an aspiring data science professional with a strong foundation in mathematics, statistical analysis, machine learning, and data analytics. I am pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at the University of Mumbai.
I have hands-on experience cleaning, standardizing, reconciling, and analyzing large, messy real-world datasets. During my data management internship, I worked with more than 70,000 alumni records and over 700 data fields to improve data quality and analytical readiness.
I use Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Power BI, and Excel to prepare data, perform exploratory analysis, build analytical workflows, and communicate findings. My technical interests include data cleaning, entity resolution, ETL, statistical modeling, and visualization.
I have built data products including an alumni entity-resolution tool that uses fuzzy matching and confidence scoring to unify records across multiple source systems. I also evaluated alternative matching approaches, including TF-IDF and sentence embeddings.
I enjoy translating data into practical insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. My Power BI dashboard work has supported analysis of donation trends, donor segmentation, and campaign performance.
I also have exposure to data engineering through building a MongoDB-based system for laboratory resource and facility information. Beyond analytics, I have led an Android development team at GDSC Kalindi and contribute to photography communities as a wildlife and bird photographer.
