Lead day-to-day convenience retail store operations, including staffing, shift coverage, customer service, food-service execution, safety, and operational standards. Resolved guest concerns, monitored satisfaction and occupancy, and implemented operational improvements to strengthen the guest experience. Acted as the General Manager's representative when needed, making operational decisions and managing urgent or emergency situations.
