Senior QA Automation Engineer / SDET

I define and execute test strategies for a cloud-based clinical research platform across UI, API, integration, regression, cross-browser, and pre-release validation. I design end-to-end scenarios for critical user journeys, API contracts, data validation, regression risks, and visual regression testing.

I built and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks using Playwright, TestCafe, TypeScript, and JavaScript. I integrate tests with GitHub Actions and CircleCI, use LambdaTest, Argos, DataDog, Jira, and TestRail for quality visibility, and apply Claude Code and reusable QA agents to support testing, debugging, refactoring, and AI-quality evaluation.

I led the creation of a custom automation framework supporting frontend, backend, and compliance-focused testing for a FinTech compliance platform. I defined QA strategy across application layers, environments, risk-based regression coverage, and production deployment readiness.

I performed API and backend validation using Postman, HttpClient, SQL, and Azure Service Bus integrations. I also estimated and coordinated testing activities covering environment readiness, execution, release validation, defect closure, and stakeholder alignment.

I led QA activities across multiple e-commerce technology projects, coordinating priorities, test planning, execution, regression coverage, and mentoring. I supported projects involving video, customer prospecting, customer service, and email marketing.

I designed and maintained UI automation frameworks using C#, SpecFlow, Selenium WebDriver, WebdriverIO, and JavaScript. I also performed API testing with Postman and supported integration validation and CI/CD adoption across services.

I designed and maintained UI automation for a global benefits management and employee engagement platform using C#, SpecFlow, and Selenium WebDriver. I managed regression testing and defect verification to support stable product releases.

I contributed to CI/CD processes and maintained test documentation and defect tracking. My work also included API testing with Postman and SQL-based validation.

I designed API service automation using C# and NUnit for an enterprise financial and project portfolio management product. I maintained SharePoint and Project Server test environments and supported functional validation across the platform.

I developed PowerShell and STSADM automation for deployments and configuration. I also performed performance, load, and stress testing using JMeter and worked with Selenium WebDriver, SQL, TFS, Postman, and Fiddler.
