Led a seven-engineer pod and owned architecture, technical roadmap, system design reviews, and engineering standards for core backend platforms supporting a consumer-side DSP platform.
Architected a high-throughput forecasting engine in Go and Scala using Redis, Apache DataSketches, and Druid. Reduced daily ingestion volume from 3 TB to 700 GB while maintaining over 95% accuracy and enabling sub-second targeting queries.
Designed an event-driven campaign tracking pipeline using Kafka and Redis for real-time pacing and budget deviation telemetry. Also led an enterprise observability and DORA metrics platform integrating VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, GitHub, and PagerDuty to track deployment velocity, lead time, and MTTR.
