I am a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology graduate specializing in Computer Forensics, seeking an entry-level IT Support or Help Desk position. I bring hands-on academic and lab experience with Windows, Linux, macOS, hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft 365, networking, ticketing systems, and basic Active Directory administration.
I have developed practical technical skills through coursework and labs involving Wireshark packet analysis, Snort IDS, VirtualBox, SQL injection testing, honeypot setup, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, PowerShell, Python, SQL, and cloud concepts. My studies align with CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+, Cloud+, PenTest+, and CySA+ objectives.
In my current Area Manager role, I supervise officers across multiple patrol zones, coordinate schedules and coverage, train team members, document incidents, and serve as a primary client contact. This experience has strengthened my ability to prioritize requests, communicate clearly, maintain accurate records, and respond calmly to incidents.
I also bring investigative and security operations experience from asset protection and security leadership roles. I have reviewed CCTV and body-camera footage, maintained case files and compliance records, supported follow-up investigations, and trained employees on safety, emergency procedures, and professional standards.
I am motivated to transition my documentation, incident-response, customer-service, and training background into technical support. I am eager to help users resolve technical issues while continuing to build hands-on expertise in desktop support, help desk operations, systems administration, and cybersecurity.
