Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer | UCaaS & Cybersecurity

I lead end-to-end pre-sales and solution design for enterprise UCaaS deployments supporting 500 to 2,000 users. My work includes OpenScape/Unify SBC architecture, SIP trunk provisioning, Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, carrier-grade connectivity, and cloud UC migration designs.

I design CCaaS architectures, IVR and call-routing flows, omnichannel integrations, and contact center agent environments. I also conduct VoIP QoS assessments, recommend voice VLAN and DSCP policies, and design secure SD-WAN and SASE overlays with encrypted SIP trunks and Zero Trust controls.

I lead technical workshops, proofs of concept, demos, and RFP/RFx responses for executive stakeholders, converting complex communications and security requirements into business-aligned proposals.

I delivered pre-sales technical support for Palo Alto Networks and Riverbed solutions, including NGFW, Prisma Access, SASE, SD-WAN, and secure network architectures supporting enterprise UC and cloud communications deployments.

I performed application-layer traffic analysis using DPI and NetProfiler to identify VoIP quality issues and correlate network performance with UC platform behavior. I also conducted solution workshops and created bills of materials and technical proposals for multiple enterprise opportunities across Latin America.

I designed and delivered customized enterprise communication and electronic security solution proposals. I conducted technical presentations for C-level and technical decision-makers, aligning solution capabilities with customer requirements.

I collaborated with sales and engineering teams to produce tailored pre-sales designs and support the integration of communication and security technologies.

I resolved technical escalations through structured troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, log review, and network diagnostics. This role built my foundation in incident response and technical problem resolution.

I documented resolution procedures and contributed to the knowledge base, helping reduce recurring incidents and improve team resolution times.
