Senior Product Owner

I manage projects for the American Electric Power account within IBM's Maximo Work & Asset Management practice. I work in the Environment Planning Team, initiating request flows, coordinating scheduling changes, defining environment standards, monitoring environment utilization, and mitigating risks across Maximo environments.

I collaborate with data platform, WebMethods, architecture, and project teams to estimate and provision resources for EDW environments and integrations. My work includes coordinating requirements, facilitating planning meetings, improving forecasting and provisioning processes, and supporting production readiness.

I served as Product Owner for IBM's T-Mobile account, owning and maintaining the product backlog for data privacy and Power BI reporting initiatives. I translated product vision, strategic objectives, stakeholder input, and business value into prioritized user stories and delivery plans.

I used SAFe, Scrum, and Agile practices to support releases, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, user acceptance testing, training, and release communication. I represented stakeholders and end users while coordinating with support, architecture, professional services, and development teams.

I managed team backlogs and contributed to program vision, roadmaps, and content planning for Connected Care Informatics Architecture. I supported story definition, estimation, sequencing, sprint loading, and Program Increment objectives based on minimum viable product priorities.

I coordinated dependencies with Product Owners and stakeholders, refined and reprioritized the backlog, accepted iteration plans, and participated in demos and retrospectives. I also worked with teams to define continuous-improvement stories and support system demos.

I supported NeoGrid's homologation and production application and infrastructure environments, including mission-critical systems based on SQL Server, WebLogic, and JBoss. I performed incident troubleshooting across proprietary applications, application servers, databases, and processing queues.

I monitored systems and services, performed capacity planning, analyzed logs, investigated root causes, configured web servers, and addressed operating system and performance issues. I also supported service continuity strategy, disaster recovery procedures, and environmental policy development.

I analyzed and detected incidents in systems involving proprietary GED, EDI, and tax applications, application servers, databases, and processing queues. I continuously monitored systems and services, administered mission-critical servers, and managed infrastructure and production software projects.

I worked with Oracle and SQL Server databases, supported service continuity and disaster recovery strategies, and helped maintain IT service management processes for incidents, problems, releases, changes, configuration, capacity, availability, and performance. I also developed SLA and KPI indicators for a 24/7 mission-critical team.

I managed trouble tickets with short SLAs using Remedy ITSM, with a focus on high internal and external customer satisfaction. I supported contact center, CTI, and web-interface environments while coordinating issue resolution and operational communication.

I managed multiple related projects aligned with strategic business objectives and maintained relationships with stakeholders at multiple organizational levels. I continuously aligned program scope with business priorities and recommended changes to improve effectiveness and outcomes.
