IT Technician

I am a versatile IT technician specializing in network infrastructure, computer maintenance, and technical support. I have hands-on experience maintaining and repairing computer equipment, assisting users, and supporting reliable IT operations.

I work with preventive and corrective maintenance, LAN network creation, surveillance camera installation, and Internet Protocol telephony (ToIP) implementation. I am comfortable diagnosing hardware issues and providing practical technical assistance to end users.

I also have foundational software development skills, including mobile development and backend-as-a-service platforms. My technical background includes React, Flutter, Spring Boot, Firebase, and Supabase.

I am developing my knowledge of cybersecurity and continue to build my technical capabilities through academic studies in ICT4D and software engineering. I value continuous learning and adapting to new technical challenges.
