Deals Specialist (M&A Data and Financial Due Diligence)

I am a dedicated Deals Specialist with experience transforming accounting data into structured reporting for M&A and financial due diligence engagements. I work with financial statements, general ledgers, journal entries, and trial balances to produce reliable, decision-ready analyses.

I use Alteryx and Excel to cleanse, standardize, reconcile, and analyze large financial datasets from multiple accounting systems. My work includes analysis of cash and bank movements, inventory, balance sheet and profit and loss accounts, revenue and purchase price-volume metrics, and personnel costs.

I have experience supporting cross-border projects involving accounting information from Spain, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. I adapt effectively to different source systems, reporting formats, local accounting practices, and data structures.

I have also managed accounting operations and invoicing for my own business, as well as supported accounting tasks and computer systems in an accounting role. Through a public-sector internship, I led work to consolidate territories and automate manual processes to reduce costs.
