I deliver private German lessons to international students from varied age groups and backgrounds.

I tailor lessons to learners' objectives, interests, abilities, and needs, using reading comprehension, conversation practice, and grammar exercises.

I deliver English classes to primary-school students in first, second, and third grade, teaching groups of up to 45 learners.

I develop curriculum content with classroom teachers, prepare creative activities and learning materials, and adapt lessons to student capabilities and available resources. I monitor learner progress and provide additional support to students who are falling behind.

I lead the champions programme of approx. 400 donors giving between £1,000 to £5,000 a year. I onboarded new Major Donors giving up to £100,000 and turned them into longterm supporters.
I stewarded a portfolio of Major Donors, drafted personalised stewardship journeys, tailored communications and involved them with War Child’s mission.

external speakers and took care of drafting audience communication, briefings and technical requirements.
