Migrated a live monolith to a distributed event-driven platform with zero downtime, lowering latency from 140ms to under 40ms while continuing the active product roadmap.

Led BDO technical and financial systems compliance audits, including security, access controls, change management, fraud prevention, payment integrity, and regulatory requirements. Consolidated multiple payment gateways through JusPay and built an in-house player behavior analytics platform.
