Coordinated LEED documentation submissions and technical coordination for internal glass partitions and curtains. Managed Excel-based measurement-to-installation tracking for more than 10,000 individually sized glass components.

Managed client payment applications, subcontractor payment certifications, detailed planning, variation orders, and technical office coordination for projects including Istanbul Airport duty-free areas, Istanbul International Finance Center, Unifree Head Office, Aytemiz Head Office, and Metropol AVM.

Produced daily, weekly, and monthly cost and quantity reports. Led tendering and commercial evaluations for procurement and subcontract packages including floor finishes, metal works, drywall, screed, and raised-floor systems.

Progressed from Technical Office Engineer to Technical Office Chief and then Technical Office Manager while supporting luxury hospitality and commercial developments, including Sheraton Metechi Palace, Hilton Batumi, Rixos Borjomi, Port Baku projects, and White City Hotel.
