Line Cook and Customer Service Professional

I am a customer-focused professional with experience in food service, retail sales, event operations, and community volunteering. I have developed strong communication, organization, and service skills while working in fast-paced environments.

I currently work as a Line Cook at Harvey's in Thorold, where I support efficient kitchen operations and help deliver accurate customer orders. My food-service background includes food preparation, cleaning, stocking, safety-conscious handling, and working effectively under time pressure.

I also have several years of retail sales experience with Calvin Klein. I assisted customers with merchandise inquiries, maintained attractive store displays, processed and organized inventory, and contributed to a positive in-store experience.

Through event staff and porter roles, I gained experience with event setup, clearing, and maintaining organized venues. These positions strengthened my reliability, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively during busy events.

I am fluent in English and Spanish and have volunteered more than 200 hours with the Niagara Folk Arts Center. In this role, I assisted children, teens, and clients, including helping Spanish- and English-speaking visitors access services and arrange appointments.

I am working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and hold certifications in First Aid and driving. I bring diligence, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering respectful, helpful service in every role.
