Developed backend services for SURA México, including an independent reactive microservice for calculating, settling, and authorizing agent and promoter commissions and bonuses. Built 11 REST endpoints following corporate API standards, with standardized response wrappers, pagination, and HTTP error handling.

Implemented tax calculation logic for VAT, withheld VAT, income tax, and cedular tax, as well as settlement folio generation and concurrency handling with Mono and Flux reactive pipelines. Integrated the service with 10 external systems, including electronic invoicing, legacy Insis processes, policy administration, person catalogs, and email notifications.

Maintained 321 automated JUnit 5 tests integrated into Azure Pipelines CI/CD workflows, with SonarQube and Checkmarx analysis and OpenShift deployments. Also developed a reactive accounting-processing microservice that extracted policy movements from Oracle, generated fixed-width accounting files, provided configurable MongoDB-based templates, scheduled daily jobs, execution logs, and per-policy error handling.
