Manual QA Engineer

Own the product vision, feature scope, prioritization, and quality strategy for a full-stack healthcare application in development. Translate clinical and user needs into mapped, testable workflows and requirements.

Use AI-assisted tools to develop product specifications, implementation handoffs, and reviewable artifacts while retaining final decision-making and human oversight. Review frontend and technical outputs for requirement coverage, workflow integrity, responsive behavior, accessibility, design-system fidelity, and regression risk.

Define treatment-plan content structures and a PostgreSQL content-library schema for controlled CRUD workflows, ensuring clinical content remains human-authored.

Validate complex end-to-end clinical workflows across multiple release cycles in staging and production environments. Design and execute risk-based functional, exploratory, regression, smoke, integration, and user acceptance testing for new and existing functionality.

Participate in pre-refinement and refinement sessions to review requirements, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and testing risks. Investigate, reproduce, document, and track defects with reproduction steps, expected behavior, screenshots, and browser console or network evidence.

Evaluate AI-assisted speech-to-text, structured note generation, and readability workflows for accuracy, consistency, usability, hallucinations, and context preservation. Support release validation, fix verification, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce production risk.

Collaborated with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot user issues, reproduce defects, validate fixes, and support software release cycles.
