Supported SAP S/4HANA rollout readiness for more than six business entities through Fit-Gap analysis, template deployment, and organizational structure expansion. Configured plants, storage locations, purchasing groups, P2P processes, pricing procedures, and release strategies.

Extended material master and business partner data across rollout locations and supported procurement scenarios including source lists, purchasing info records, STO, subcontracting, consignment, and direct procurement. Coordinated MM-FI, MM-SD, and MM-PP integrations, prepared functional specifications, supported RICEFW delivery, SIT/UAT, hypercare, user training, and process documentation.

Facilitated Fit-to-Standard workshops with stakeholders and developed business requirements, process designs, BRDs, FSDs, configuration documents, and business process documents for a SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementation. Configured procurement organizational structures, including plants, purchasing organizations, and purchasing groups.

Implemented P2P, STO, subcontracting, consignment, flexible workflow, pricing procedures, and output management. Executed SAP Migration Cockpit activities for material masters, business partners, purchasing info records, and open purchase orders; led unit testing and SIT; collaborated with FI, SD, and PP teams; and supported go-live, hypercare, and end-user training.

Delivered L1, L2, and L3 SAP MM production support while maintaining operational stability and SLA compliance. Resolved incidents and service requests using ServiceNow and enterprise ticketing systems, performed root cause analysis, and implemented corrective actions for recurring issues.

Supported purchase order, inventory management, procurement, material activation, master-data maintenance, batch-job monitoring, and background processing activities. Worked with FI, SD, PP, PDM, and RPLM teams to resolve integration issues and supported approved change requests, testing, and process optimization.

Directed engineering project execution while ensuring adherence to project timelines, delivery requirements, and stakeholder expectations. Coordinated project activities and communicated with stakeholders to align objectives and implementation plans.

Developed project plans, managed operational delivery activities, and facilitated project handover. Built foundational project coordination and delivery experience before transitioning into SAP consulting.
