Business Intelligence Analyst

I build business intelligence solutions for SterlingPro and business-banking products, including end-to-end onboarding, conversion, and customer-journey funnels. My analysis identifies customer drop-off points, activation delays, product bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve onboarding activation and post-onboarding conversion.

I use SQL to improve customer segmentation, identify high-value conversion opportunities, analyse churn risk, and support dormant-customer reactivation campaigns. I also automated NEFT monitoring and escalation against SLA thresholds through a dedicated dashboard, improving processing and resolution efficiency.

I migrated financial reporting from manual Excel processes to Xero ERP, designing the chart of accounts, data architecture, and reporting workflows. I also implemented ApprovalMax to replace email-based expense approvals with a trackable and auditable digital approval process.

I analysed credit-product data to identify pricing and risk factors affecting churn, developed RFM segmentation models for agent cohorts, and supported targeted win-back strategies. I built Tableau expense dashboards, reconciled BigQuery revenue and cost-of-sales data, prepared monthly management reports, and led SQL training for the Finance team.

I strengthened the financial capacity of six Civil Society Organizations through a British Council capacity-building programme. I established financial reporting frameworks, budgeting and forecasting processes, internal controls, risk-management documentation, and tax-compliance workflows.

I coached teams on financial statements, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and asset verification. Five of the six supported organizations subsequently received British Council funding, with several funding relationships continuing beyond the initial award.

I translated stakeholder reporting needs into structured KPI reports for more than ten internal and client projects. I cleaned and validated datasets exceeding 20,000 records, reducing data errors and improving operational-analysis accuracy.

I developed automated recurring reports for student-performance and marketing KPIs, reducing report-preparation time and improving access to timely performance information.

I managed end-to-end financial reporting activities, including budgets, operational plans, bank reconciliations, tax filings, and compliance with internal-control and risk-management procedures.

I conducted vendor and supplier market research, supported deal negotiations, and contributed to lower operating expenditure. I also investigated sales discrepancies and implemented controls that reduced cash and inventory shortages.
