Coordinated supplier delivery schedules, monitored lead-time and delivery-performance KPIs, and evaluated technical specifications and substitutions for MEP and mechanical categories.

Raised, processed, and tracked purchase orders and LPOs for maintenance materials across electrical, plumbing, sanitary, painting, and carpentry categories. Followed approved supplier lists and standard pricing agreements while maintaining procurement documentation, LPO trackers, and supplier records.

Coordinated with more than 30 suppliers to confirm stock availability and delivery schedules, performed GRN verification, and supported inventory replenishment planning. Acted as liaison between site maintenance teams and suppliers to expedite urgent orders and resolve delivery discrepancies.

Performed routine inspections and snagging of vacated units and common areas across residential and commercial properties. Identified defects, diagnosed MEP, HVAC, and mechanical faults, and scoped remediation requirements before handover.

Coordinated maintenance coordinators and multi-trade technicians to schedule and complete standards-compliant works. Liaised with procurement and stores teams to requisition spare parts and materials, while maintaining detailed inspection, snagging, and compliance records.
