Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Lead

I co-founded an international startup operating in the United States and UAE, helping scale the organization from two initial hires to a cross-functional team of approximately 34 professionals. I led the launch of major products for US and UAE real estate, UAE delivery services, and company formation services for Dubai and the US.

I designed the overall system architecture and led planning, hiring, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and stakeholder alignment. I implemented Microsoft Azure infrastructure for application hosting, databases, CI/CD, and access control, while also establishing security policies for company devices, networks, and internal systems.

I led high-impact web and mobile projects across fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, and administration platforms. I built a complete salon CRM web and native mobile application from scratch within two months, covering requirements gathering, technical issue resolution, design collaboration, and end-to-end implementation.

I was entrusted with six large-scale projects, a team of 15 developers, and two designers. My responsibilities included defining technical milestones, selecting technology stacks, designing architecture, setting up CI/CD pipelines, managing Agile sprints, mentoring engineers, reviewing code, leading client meetings, and presenting product demonstrations.

I started as a MERN stack developer and expanded my experience with Vue.js, Next.js, and Nuxt.js while working in a fast-paced startup environment. I developed responsive websites and full-stack products using HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, and modern MERN/MEVN stacks.

I led three major projects and managed a six-member team. I integrated third-party APIs, optimized website performance, worked directly with customers, and contributed to internal communications and employee-benefit improvements that supported retention and organizational growth.

I contributed to scalable web platforms including a UAE real estate buy-and-sell system, a global delivery-personnel hiring platform, CRM systems, POS software, healthcare applications, accessibility platforms, and payment-enabled applications. I worked with Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, React, Vue, React Native, GraphQL, AWS, and Oracle Database.

My work included designing microservices-based solutions, developing secure APIs with role-based access control, building administrative dashboards, integrating payment gateways, managing DevOps, and supporting modules for user management, listings, transactions, reporting, onboarding, and operations.

I began my professional career as an intern during university, focused on web design and foundational programming experience. I worked with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap to create and maintain web interfaces.

During this internship, I also learned PHP and gained practical exposure to server-side development and dynamic websites. This role established the foundation for my subsequent career in software engineering and full-stack development.
