I favor practical processes such as Quality Gates, Shift Left practices, and lightweight SDLC improvements that reduce friction.
I have three years of fully remote experience and have led a QA team through hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives. My work has contributed to significant reductions in production defects, urgent support requests, churn caused by instability, and regression testing time.
