International Financial Controller and Project Management Professional

I lead a long-term family-based educational project supporting four children through their schooling in France, Madagascar, and Thailand. I design individualized learning programs, organize long-term educational activities, monitor academic progress, and prepare students for Cambridge English examinations at A2, B1, and B2 levels.

I manage educational transitions across different systems and multicultural environments, including a British international school abroad. I independently coordinate complex administrative and logistical requirements, including visas, immigration, insurance, accommodation, transport, security, and budgets.

I managed international financial reporting and analysis for the ELAMA region, covering approximately 70 units and product lines across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. My responsibilities included flash and actual sales reporting, P&L, balance sheet, working capital, KPI analysis, regional budgeting, restatement procedures, and monthly Board presentations.

I contributed to medium-term strategy and forecast reviews, trained local controlling teams in countries including Sweden and the Czech Republic, and collaborated with corporate IT and controlling teams on business intelligence development using MicroStrategy and BEx 7.0. I also supported regional consolidation tool improvements and managed the regional cost center in collaboration with HR.

I delivered international reporting and financial analysis for three strategic business units covering North and Latin America, Europe, China, and the Middle East. I was responsible for emerging-country sales consolidation and analysis, external growth analyses, monthly ExCom and Board presentations, and participation in budget and forecast reviews.

I supported PER and profit-sharing consolidation, the Hyperion project, profit-in-inventory calculation and audit activities, and internal audit missions in the United States focused on purchasing and legal areas. I also participated in recurring financial analyst, budget, and project meetings.

I participated in international closing and reporting processes for four divisions within the pharmaceutical group. I performed salary reconciliations between HR sources and JD Edwards and was responsible for creating and maintaining the Cordis dashboard for monthly KPI monitoring.

I worked with the HR Manager on the 2005 salesmen bonus plan and supported Sarbanes-Oxley controls, PwC audit follow-up, and anti-trust law controls. I attended monthly Board meetings, including meetings at headquarters, in Marseille, and in Morocco.

I worked as an educational product representative in Port Charlotte, Florida, for a company based in Nashville, Tennessee. My responsibilities included sales reporting and participation in regular Sunday meetings.

This role provided early international sales experience in the United States and developed my communication, reporting, and customer-facing skills.

I serve as Treasurer for Shorei Ryu Karate Do Cachan. I contribute to the financial administration and organization of the association.

I help organize international seminars and support karate classes as an instructor and Master's assistant.

Graduated from INSEEC Paris Business and Management School with a major in Finance. International study experience included Beijing Institute of Technology in Beijing, China, and London South Bank University in London, United Kingdom.

Completed a two-year French preparatory programme in business and economics (Classes Préparatoires CPGE ECG), scientific track.

Completed French secondary school diploma in sciences with a specialization in physics and chemistry.
