I am an Industrial Psychology undergraduate in my eighth semester, with complementary technical training in multimedia communication, audiovisual production, and television content creation.
I have experience producing and directing television programs, coordinating technical teams, and supervising the end-to-end execution of audiovisual projects. I am comfortable working with camera operators, video editors, floor managers, master control, and other production staff.
I also have experience in marketing, advertising, brand management, and audience engagement. I have contributed to social media management, visual identity development, market segmentation, and communication strategies.
My academic background in Industrial Psychology supports my interest in human resources, recruitment, employee well-being, training, and organizational management. I combine creative communication skills with an understanding of people, teamwork, and business indicators.
I am recognized for effective communication, leadership, critical thinking, cognitive flexibility, and adaptability in changing environments. I aim to contribute to innovative projects in collaborative settings while delivering creative and effective results.
