Scaling Operations from Scratch: As COO and Co-Founder at Unima (the first Mexican startup accepted into Y Combinator W16), I grew our team from the founding stage to 25 people and expanded operational capacity 10x. I established internal systems that drove a 15x lift in productivity and led point-of-care product registrations across Mexico, Indonesia, and Germany/EU.

International Export Motions: Managed product lines like Custovac (a vaccine stabilizer), building quality systems and executing international supply chain motions across 14 countries, including Japan and Russia.

Corporate Production Planning: Managed production planning for ~200 SKUs at Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health. I ran ERP/MRP operations, batch-number control, and traceability, sitting directly between marketing demand and manufacturing plant capacity.
