Administered RHEL 7, 8, and 9 systems supporting business-critical Production, Disaster Recovery, and User Acceptance Testing environments within a 24x7 follow-the-sun operating model across Argentina and India.

Coordinated monthly operating-system patching with BladeLogic and performed pre-maintenance readiness checks covering filesystem capacity, mounts, services, fstab consistency, backup agents, monitoring agents, and implementation prerequisites. Created implementation and rollback plans and executed controlled changes through Remedy Smart ITSM.

Managed LVM, filesystems, storage layouts, users, groups, sudoers, permissions, systemd, cron, fstab, SSH, and VMware virtual-machine operations. Monitored infrastructure with Datadog, Microsoft SCOM, and UIM; resolved Sev1-Sev4 incidents; produced RCA reports; and collaborated with application, database, middleware, monitoring, and SRE teams.

Co-developed Bash and Python automation for filesystem validation and identity management. Led Solaris monitoring activities, including Microsoft SCOM deployment and migration to UIM, and addressed vulnerabilities, false alerts, storage issues, and log-management problems.

Contributed to technological and social development projects connecting technology, research, and healthcare.

Designed and built a cross-platform application for field-data collection and generation of heatmaps representing communication structures.

Participated in the Aedes aegypti Monitoring and Prevention Program within public health and entomological surveillance activities.

Received recognition from Argentina's Ministry of Health and the Pan American Health Organization for preventive healthcare field work.
