Systems Engineer

I am a Systems Engineer with experience in network infrastructure design, technical support, operations, and commercial administration. I combine analytical thinking with practical problem-solving to help organizations maintain reliable and efficient technology services.

I have worked on the design and planning of wired and wireless network infrastructures, including physical and logical topologies, VLAN segmentation, IP addressing, routers, switches, access points, and Wi-Fi technologies. I also have experience simulating network environments with Cisco Packet Tracer and documenting technical implementations.

My technical background includes connectivity troubleshooting, incident management, Linux environments, Zabbix monitoring, and IP video surveillance integration. I focus on identifying issues efficiently and supporting service continuity for users and business operations.

I also bring experience in administrative and operational roles, including sales reporting, purchase ledger control, financial balance verification, inventory control, customer service, and workflow optimization. This allows me to understand both technical and business requirements.

I am trained in internal auditing, Lean Six Sigma fundamentals, AWS Cloud Practitioner concepts, Amazon EC2, data encryption and security, software testing, and DevOps fundamentals.
