Integration & Deployment Engineer

I manage deployment, configuration, and post-release support for more than 30 client websites and applications. I track requests in Jira and Basecamp, verify changes, resolve issues within agreed timelines, and provide client-facing guidance for fixes and features.

I troubleshoot application, database, and integration issues across Java, Python, PHP/Laravel, MySQL, and PostgreSQL stacks. I have implemented more than 15 API, webhook, and automation workflows; manage Linux servers and AWS resources; and build Python and SQL-based validation and automation processes. My dashboards and automated workflows support more than 50 stakeholders and contributed to a 40% reduction in manual effort.

I built Python backend services and REST APIs for production applications, including third-party integrations, authentication workflows, and SQL-based processes. I supported production systems by investigating logs, debugging incidents, conducting root-cause analysis, and delivering targeted fixes.

I optimized SQL queries and indexing for critical database workloads, reducing query execution time by 60%. I also maintained Docker environments and GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows for development and production deployments.
