Director Consulting Expert at CGI, promoted in January 2026 after 12 years with the company as Senior Software Consultant. I lead 18 engineers across Calgary and India delivering four enterprise products, owning roadmaps, architecture decisions, hiring, and delivery outcomes.

A large part of my work is modernizing legacy applications and improving software delivery through AI. I design and build reusable AI skills, coding-agent workflows, and reference implementations that help teams analyze, modernize, test, document, and support complex applications. Recent work includes a multimodal RAG knowledge system on the Agno agentic platform with Azure AI models, an LLM data-privacy harness for production client data, and org-wide adoption of the BMAD delivery framework.

My technical background includes Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Oracle, Docker, ReactJS, Azure AI, Jenkins, Gradle, automated testing, and modern application architecture. I combine this with a strong understanding of legacy systems, which lets me define realistic modernization strategies and move complex applications toward maintainable, sustainable architectures.

Beyond technology, I focus on leadership, collaboration, and delivery. I hire and coach team leads, run succession planning, and have led distributed development teams across development, business analysis, QA, infrastructure, product management, and client teams.
