Technical Lead / Full-Stack Engineer

I own technical and resourcing decisions for client and internal work, defining architecture, delivery standards, and the overall engineering direction for the company.

I hire, build, and mentor the engineering team as Two Words expands from a design studio into a full-stack technology delivery organization. I lead concurrent engagements, including a legacy investor-onboarding platform rebuild for an international wealth management client and web and mobile product delivery for a real estate wealth management firm.

I led the product pivot from a Canva-style drag-and-drop email campaign editor to an agentic platform that generated and managed campaigns. I built AI-driven automation agents, synchronized Shopify inventory data, and integrated campaign workflows with Klaviyo.

As the sole engineer during the seed-round pivot, I owned architecture, delivery, and infrastructure end to end. I refactored the Node.js backend and Angular frontend, migrated infrastructure from Azure to GCP, created self-serve tools for non-technical operators, and established CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases.

I led and mentored a team of three to eight engineers while delivering multiple MVPs and product iterations. I designed CRM architecture for analytics, messaging, workflow automation, and user management, and built a Chrome extension for leasing-team conversations, tasks, and workflows.

I developed an IVR system handling more than 1,000 calls per day and real-time systems for chat, notes, and notifications using WebSockets. I built REST and GraphQL APIs for React, Next.js, and Retool applications; integrated Twilio, SendGrid, Postmark, Datadog, New Relic, and PagerDuty; and implemented AWS-based CI/CD pipelines and AI-assisted lead routing.

I developed and deployed microservices to replace legacy monolithic architecture, improving the platform's modularity and maintainability.

I created API documentation and Postman collections that reduced defects by 30 percent. I also improved provider API integrations through reverse engineering and implemented Puppeteer automation for scraping and operational workflows.

I led teams of two to five engineers across frontend and backend projects, defining system landscapes, integrations, deployment strategies, and technical delivery plans. I also served as the liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders.

I built full-stack applications with React, Next.js, Node.js, MySQL, MongoDB, and AWS, including React Native applications for parking systems and gig marketplaces. I developed user and client management APIs, integrated payment and social authentication providers, implemented GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, trained engineers in scalable JavaScript and Agile practices, and applied TDD across projects.
