Senior Backend Software Engineer

I serve as lead engineer for internal platforms used by 325 staff across eight departments at a petrochemical manufacturer. I lead architecture, implementation, deployment, and operational support for business-critical systems.

I re-architected IRMS and LIMS from a shared monolith into independently deployable services for reporting, sample workflows, notifications, and authentication. I also digitized laboratory sample analysis and reagent inventory workflows, handling 50–80 samples per month.

I built incident reporting and integrated management systems for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 compliance, digitizing hazard identification, risk assessment, and audit reporting. I also developed and maintain the corporate website, including SEO, performance optimization, and security patching.

I designed and shipped a RAG pipeline over company SOP documents using LangChain and LangGraph, enabling an AI assistant to answer procedural questions and orchestrate multi-step workflows.

I concurrently deliver production software systems remotely for retail, healthcare, local government, education, and corporate clients. My work includes end-to-end requirements analysis, architecture, development, deployment, and operational support.

I built a digital payments and PPOB marketplace for game vouchers, mobile credit, data packages, and ISP bill payments. I integrated Midtrans and Xendit with signature-verified webhooks to automate settlement, product delivery, and reconciliation.

I delivered a retail POS and QR loyalty platform, hospital e-procurement workflows, document and archive management systems, corporate websites, and a tuition fee management platform supporting invoices, installments, payment plans, online settlement, arrears tracking, and reminders.

I also designed a sanitation management platform for the Bontang City Government, which received second place in the Bontang Innovation Award among 30 entries.

I work on a corporate cash management platform for Bank Danamon. I develop backend and administrative capabilities supporting treasury operations, including bulk payroll, mass fund transfer, virtual account collection, and balance and statement inquiries.

I built a Spring Boot fee configuration module for customer minimum-balance thresholds and penalty fees, using CIF-based customer resolution. I also delivered transaction-management REST APIs and an Angular administrative dashboard for CIF-based transaction queries enriched through internal service APIs.

I collaborate on versioned database schema management for the cash management platform and work with middleware teams to support reliable financial transaction operations.

I integrated Firebase Cloud Messaging into the Womantalk platform to provide real-time push notification services. The implementation supported user engagement features and real-time notification delivery.
