Managed Unit 1 and Unit 2 stores for more than 2,000 SKUs, including billets, scrap, ferroalloys, refractories, bearings, spares, and consumables. Controlled GRNs, inspections, FIFO, binning, purchase order and invoice verification, import documentation, material issues, and inter-store transfers using Sage Evolution.

Set min/max levels, reorder points, and safety stock; led cycle and wall-to-wall counts that increased inventory accuracy from 85% to 97%. Standardised SOPs, bin cards, stock cards, and GRN processes; supported ISO 9001/14001 audits; built Excel and Power BI dashboards for aging, slow-moving stock, consumption, and OTIF; and achieved zero furnace stoppages due to spares.

Supervised Main Plant warehouse, Retail Shop stock, and Consignment Stock across Harare and Gwanda for more than 2,000 fastener-related SKUs. Managed receiving, inspection, FIFO, bin locations, GRNs, production and retail issues, transfers, and system posting in Pastel Evolution.

Managed stock parameters including min/max, reorder points, and safety stock, and led cycle and full stock counts that improved accuracy from 85% to 97%. Developed Power BI and Excel dashboards, standardised stores procedures, maintained rust prevention and lot control, and supported ISO 9001/14001 audit activities.

Supervised Main Depot and Workshop Stores for a heavy-duty truck fleet, managing more than 1,000 SKUs including truck spares, tyres, oils, lubricants, filters, and batteries. Controlled GRNs, inspections, FIFO, binning, material issues, stock levels, critical spares, preservation, warranty returns, and core management in P-Lan.

Led cycle and wall-to-wall inventory counts, improving stock accuracy from 85% to 97%. Raised purchase requisitions and RFQs, followed up suppliers for tyres, spares, and oils, centralised import documentation, and produced Excel and Power BI reports for aging, slow-moving stock, tyre usage, and breakdown spares.

Supervised Main Plant Stores for a building materials manufacturer, controlling more than 1,000 SKUs including cement, fibre, raw materials, engineering spares, and consumables. Managed GRNs, receiving inspections, FIFO, binning, stock issuance to production and maintenance, stock parameters, and critical spares using MFG-Pro, Navision, and NAV 365.

Improved inventory accuracy from 85% to 97% through cycle and wall-to-wall counts. Enforced SHEQ, 5S, lot control, and preservation; supported supplier follow-up and RFQs; handled NCRs and corrective actions; supported ISO audits; supervised stores staff; and developed reporting dashboards for aging, slow-moving stock, consumption, and stock availability.

Received and inspected cement, fibre, and spare parts against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes for Main Plant Stores. Managed binning, location control, FIFO, GRN posting in MFG-Pro, and stock issues to production and maintenance using requisitions and job cards.

Participated in cycle and wall-to-wall stock counts, maintained bin cards, GRNs, and issue notes for audit purposes, and performed weighing, counting, measurement, safe stacking, and breakage-control activities. Maintained SHEQ and 5S housekeeping standards.
