IT Systems Analyst

I support the operation and maintenance of core banking systems, including Matera and Exchange, as well as advisory systems such as KN1, Metis, and E-Guardian. My responsibilities include application deployments, version control, production support, and the administration of public and private digital certificates.

I perform SQL and PL/SQL analysis for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting. I manage incidents, conduct root cause analysis, coordinate vendors and war rooms during critical events, and support GMUD, compliance, regulatory, backlog, documentation, and delivery timeline activities. I also perform basic API configuration and testing with Postman.

I supported contracted infrastructure services and coordinated with third-party vendors in an international banking environment. I assisted ongoing IT projects, worked with Product Owners, and prepared documentation and reports for management and Head Office.

I performed QA and UAT system testing with business users, including SQL-based testing and data validation. I also tracked bugs, coordinated communication between users and development teams, and supported accounts payable processes for IT suppliers.

I updated databases and monitored macroeconomic indicators to support analytical work. I contributed to the preparation of sectoral studies and economic forecasts.

I prepared and delivered analytical reports and PowerPoint presentations, helping communicate economic insights and market information to stakeholders.

I provided customer service and finance support related to invoices, billing, and payment requests. I assisted with invoice negotiations and followed up on invoicing-related activities.

I analyzed invoice disputes, supported billing processes, and prepared management reports to help monitor financial operations and customer requests.

Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
