I am an Electrical Engineer and Chat Developer with more than five years of experience in frontend development, UI/UX design, and API integration. For the last two years, I have specialized in conversational AI, building chatbots, voicebots, and enterprise conversational assistants.
I design and implement multichannel conversational experiences for WhatsApp, Telegram, web chat, and voice channels. My work includes dialogue state management, intent handling, fallback strategies, human handoff, and conversational design focused on practical business outcomes.
I connect assistants to real enterprise systems through REST APIs, CRM platforms, ticketing systems, debt-inquiry services, and payment gateways. I have delivered a production voicebot that automated a critical debt inquiry and payment process end to end.
