I created advanced SQL queries and management dashboards, while applying 5S, Poka-Yoke, and Jidoka Lean practices to optimize operations and profitability.

I provided specialized technical support and resolved critical cases for a portfolio of more than 200 international clients through Zendesk, Zoho Chat, and TeamViewer.

I managed Firebird SQL databases, installed Valery administrative software, and designed customized reports. I also participated in the development of integrated web applications using Laravel 5.5, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

I delivered on-site and remote infrastructure support for more than 400 users under service-level agreements.

I executed hardware maintenance plans, supported Windows environments, and maintained technology inventory controls.

I monitored content standards and legal requirements for Chile, Peru, and Argentina. I managed product catalogs at scale, including UPCs and SKUs, and optimized graphic materials using Photoshop.

I developed a bulk image-validation tool that significantly reduced processing times and improved content operations.

I managed items, costs, and suppliers in the Productor Aluminio ERP system.
