Senior Product Designer

I am the sole product designer for a safety-critical clinical operations platform for radiotherapy departments, taking the product from zero to two hospital pilots. I defined the domain model and UX architecture, including role-based workflows, auditable state changes and safety constraints.

I redesigned the handover model into a claim-based workflow after identifying an unowned state. I designed both the configuration-heavy administration web app and the tablet interface used in radiation-controlled areas, built the design system in code, and led discovery with clinical and technical stakeholders.

I also designed and built a hospital-data-scoped AI assistant, tested its security boundaries, and identified and resolved a cross-tenant data leak before launch. As co-founder, I led product and design decisions.

I delivered UX strategy and product design for a Core Web Vitals analytics platform. I designed an AI-powered conversational analytics experience that enabled users to explore performance data in natural language instead of relying on manual filtering.

I designed the complete product experience, including signup, onboarding, domain management, plan selection and the analytics dashboard. I also created a modular design system with colour tokens, typography and a component library ready for engineering implementation.

I led UX strategy and execution for a customer-facing evaluation and quality management platform. I used Pendo analytics and user research to identify friction points and establish a prioritised improvement roadmap.

I mapped user journeys, conducted interviews to validate core flows, and developed a scalable design system with clear UI standards. I worked directly with developers to support implementation.

I owned the analytics platform from inception for five years, supporting the transition of more than 1,000 customer accounts from custom reports to self-serve dashboards used by 125,000 users. I initiated the strategic shift to a dashboard-first product experience.

I designed a reusable reporting framework and scalable data visualisation patterns, enabling faster feature delivery. I also created content architecture maps, translated usage data into prioritised UX improvements, and aligned teams through workshops, journey mapping and roadmap prioritisation.
